Patients who suffer from chronic debilitating diseases such as Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis or Alzheimer’s.
Patients with underlying medical conditions, including some heart problems, diabetes, high blood pressure, or are in treatment/recovery from cancer.
Patients who have experienced an unpleasant or dangerous reaction to local anesthetics, but are otherwise healthy.
Patients who do not find the desired comfort from pain with use of local anesthetics.
Patients with severe anxiety, panic or memories of traumatic dental experiences, including triggers from the sights, sounds, or smells of a dental office.
Patients who are unable to sit comfortably for dental treatment because of young age/old age, a severe gag reflex, or physical/mental disabilities.
